As a Sales Associate / Account Executive, the right candidate will be a valuable member of a growing sales & marketing
team responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships and opportunities through sales to existing and new accounts of
small, medium and large scale companies.
MCCS is a family owned business that has been in the Automobile Detailing & Reconditioning industry since 1970. With the help of
like-minded candidates, the company aspires to grow into an industry leader having recently introduced a newly created line of
automobile appearance products.
While performing the duties of the Sales Associate, the candidate will participate in further training; gain
additional product knowledge and advanced sales skill sets to transition to a Senior Account Executive in the
sales force. This challenging opportunity is for candidates desiring a fast-paced, revenue-driven atmosphere with

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong analytical, problem solving,
planning, and organizational skills. Previous sales experience and an enthusiastic, positive mental attitude is essential.
Our ideal candidate will be a TEAM PLAYER and have the ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate will also possess the ability to work independently, on his/her own schedule. Working knowledge of records management,
filing and data management systems would be beneficial, but not necessary.
POSITION GOALS:
- Develop new accounts based on assigned market, territory, or industry, as well as penetrate and expand assigned customer base.
- Advance product knowledge through self-learning and participation in local, regional, and national training programs and opportunities.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS:
- Perform consistently in alignment with the goals and accountabilities set forth by the Sales Manager.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to achieve maximum performance and productivity.
- Perform work as assigned in an efficient, orderly, and professional manner.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a Bachelors / Business Administration & Management and/or Marketing.
- Must possess strong analytical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be a TEAM PLAYER and possess the ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have the ability to work independently.
- Must have valid driver's license and a safe, well-operating vehicle, with proof of auto insurance.
